General Help

For technical issues send an e-mail to our IT Support Help Desk at ctnmhelp@uw.edu and we will get back to you as soon as we are able (Note: requests go through a ticketing system and may take time to be routed to the proper specialist). To reach our support help desk by phone, call 206-221-1393 during support hours.

Support Hours:

  • Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST | excluding UW Holidays
  • Extended hours | 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. PST | only during the first two weeks of each term
  • Extended hours Saturday | 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. | only the Saturday prior to start of term and the first two Saturdays of each term

UW Online Dashboard

The UW Online Dashboard and its Instructor Resource section are both great additional resources, containing technology user guides, system status reports, and access to additional support resources.
