Introduction
This lesson, specifically, covers topics in planning and executing a typical visual data analysis or project. While there is very little technical skill involved in Planning and Managing a visualization project, most analysts often fail to acknowledge the importance of this in their early career.
This lesson will mostly focus on developing the right approach and the right plan to tackle a typical visualization project. We will discuss what a typical visualization problem looks like and what makes visualization projects specifically challenging. We will shed some light on utilizing the right resources to develop the requirements of a project. Once we have learned about developing the project, we will go into discussing an efficient framework of delivering the product – which means – how to best deliver the project while ensuring the best outcomes for your team and your career.
